How Florida Awnings Managed Google + Meta Ads Across 3 Florida Service Areas

A multi-entity awning operation across Central Florida and the Gulf Coast needed lead generation that worked across three distinct service territories, each with its own budget, targeting, and campaign structure. A professional marketing agency owner who trusted us with two of his clients described the results as crushing it.

The Challenge

Three Entities, Three Territories, One Standard

Florida Awnings operated three distinct service entities across the state: Central Florida Awning LLC at $3,000 per month, Southeast Awnings at $4,200 per month, and a Gulf Coast expansion entity. Each had its own service territory, its own budget, and its own customer profile. Running them together as one campaign would have blended results and made optimization nearly impossible. Running them as three fully independent campaigns required the structure and discipline to keep each entity's spend inside its own geography.

The account also came in with structural problems. An 85-criteria audit found that conversion tracking was pulling from the wrong US regions, which means the campaigns were optimizing toward data that did not reflect actual performance. Every bid decision, every audience signal, every budget allocation was being made on information that was at least partially wrong.

The Strategy

Precision Territory Targeting with a Structural Foundation Fix

Before we touched the campaigns, we fixed the audit failures. Conversion tracking was corrected to each entity's actual service geography. Budget was restructured so each entity's ad spend stayed in its territory and its metrics stayed separate. Google Ads ran high-intent search campaigns for homeowners actively looking for awning installation, patio covers, and outdoor living solutions in each area. Meta Ads ran visual creative campaigns to build awareness and capture homeowners earlier in the decision process.

The three-entity structure required ongoing management discipline. Budget pacing, territory overlap prevention, and per-entity performance tracking all ran concurrently. The goal was not to find one winning approach and apply it everywhere. The goal was to find what worked in each territory and optimize independently.

Peterson & Cade have stepped in and really helped me out. I own and operate a digital marketing agency of record and they have done a bang up job for two of my clients. The Facebook Ad campaign and Google Ad campaigns are crushing it. As one of the top local marketing professionals in the United States, trust me, they know their stuff.

The Results

Agency-Level Validation Across Two Client Accounts

Scott Mader is a marketing agency owner who brought Creekside in to manage advertising for two of his Florida Awnings clients. His assessment is not a business owner reporting that they got more leads. It is a marketing professional who manages campaigns for his own client base saying the campaigns are performing. That is a different kind of validation.

The dual-platform approach ran clean across all three Florida territories with proper geo-targeting, separated entity tracking, and consistent campaign management across both Google and Meta.

Service Entities Managed Across Florida with Agency-Level Precision

Managing three separate business entities under one umbrella required careful territory targeting, individual conversion tracking, and independent budget management for each. When a digital marketing agency owner who manages his own client accounts describes the result as crushing it, the performance speaks for itself. The same dual-platform framework that runs Google and Meta for each Florida Awnings entity is the foundation we use across all multi-location home services clients.
